Right in time for Easter, I whipped up some meringue nests with coconut feathers and malted milk ball "eggs." I used the recipe from Holiday Cooking with Kids by Chuck Williams (Williams-Sonoma)...but you can also modify any basic meringue nest recipe. Perfect springtime treat!
